The first step is an initial inspection and remediation as needed, to ensure that your property meets the standards of Excimi™ Member Hotels.
The price for this initial phase is flexible and is based on the amount of remediation necessary to bring your property up to Excimi™ membership standards.
If you need remediation now, we can also perform a full inspection and certification of your property while on the premises, and upgrade your on-demand remediation needs to our scheduled quarterly plan.
Additionally, by signing up for our plan, you'll receive your first certified Excimi™ Record when the inspection and remediation is complete.
